1. Applicants should provide application form, business plan and relevant supporting documents.
2. Priority will be given to the projects of enterprises in the field of science and technology that meet the key development requirements of the park. For high-quality projects, enterprises that meet the requirements of technology or sales can also apply to enter the park, and they need to carry out the main RESEARCH and development work and enterprise operation in HHHLED.
3. The site of the stationed enterprise shall be used as the site for scientific research and development and commercial operation, and shall not be used as the purpose of commodity sales. The office site must meet the requirements of environmental safety
4. The resident enterprise shall operate normally every working day, and more than half of the total number of full-time staff shall work.
5. The registered address of the application company's business license must be within the scope of HHHLED Industrial Park, No. 6 longjiang Road, Jianghai District, Jiangmen City. If the application company has been registered and established, it should complete the formalities of changing the address to HHHLED Industrial and commercial management record.
6. In principle, the enterprises will sign a three-year lease agreement after settling in. In principle, companies have to graduate and leave after four years.
* The quality and ability of the management team; A potential business plan; Creativity and research content;
* Estimated revenue, profit and headcount for each quarter; Annual R&D progress plan;
* The applicant's contribution to other incubators, local technology and local economic development.

2. The completed submission plan includes but is not limited to the following documents:
(1) Plan content (the content must at least include: introduction of the unit, introduction of key members, technology/product/service functions and advantages, market estimation, current RESEARCH and development, quarterly research and development/service progress after entering the incubator, quarterly number of staff, quarterly expenditure and income budget, etc.);
（2）Id cards and educational certificates of major enterprise members;
（3）Patent certificate (if any);
（4）Company documents (such as the company's certificate of registration, articles of association).
